When peace like a River attendeth my way,
When sorrows like sea billows roll,
Whatever my lot, Thou hast taught me to say
“It is well, it is well with my soul.”

I’m so grateful that no matter what we may face in this life, we can take comfort and truly say, “It is well with my soul” because if we’re in Christ we will NEVER be alone, neither in this life nor the next.

I pray you have that hope, and I hope you’ll join us for our gatherings this weekend as we rest and rejoice in it together.

 ‘Heart Sounds’ This Saturday Night

On that note, Saturday, Sept. 10, we’ll have a wonderful “Service in the Shade” at 6 p.m. as usual (although we’ll meet in Rooms 6 and 7) and right AFTER that from 7 to 9 we’ll be hosting a very special night of praise called “Heart Sounds” where we’ll meet standing up “in the round” in the auditorium to sing the praises of our God!
