Faith Fit is a moderate exercise regimen for individuals youth through adults who are looking to improve their fitness. Fitness is a way to glorify God and keep our bodies strong to do His work. It's not a competition.
This group requires some self-participation during the week, as well. I try to send out a bible message or some sort of challenge for our members to spend time in God's word on their own time. On scheduled days, we discuss it as a group and pray before our workout.
