Father's Day Gifts Unpacked

It’s always tough to find the right gift for Father’s Day! So, we give up and shower them with ties, socks, and ugly sweaters.
Nothing says “Thanks Dad” like Fruit of the Loom!
What if we gave them something this year that they really want (and really need)! Every man needs two things: Affirmation and Challenge.
No earthly father is perfect, but they surely got a few things right. Affirm the Dad in your life with some encouragement and gratitude for the impact they had on your life. And if you can write it all on the back of a Home Depot gift card, all the better!
Dads also need a challenge. It’s how they are wired. Challenge them to be the dad, grandad, or even great-grandad they were created to be. Remind them to stay engaged and that their influence is still greatly needed as the spiritual head of their family.
This weekend we will be unpacking a fantastic Bible story about a dad who finds his way back to God and his family after a great fall. We will learn how to steer clear of some of the pitfalls and challenges that all men face. View the sermon now!
